People are so busy doing things for others that they often do not look after themselves. I see it all the time. Individuals who work, take care of the family and the home. At the end, they are so tired because they did not take any time out to do activities which help them recharge their energy. Reading books, watching movies, going for a walk along the beach are all simple things which you can do to help you feel energetic again. You just have to work out what you like doing then set aside some 'ME' time. If you neglect yourself, the only person that will suffer in the end is you. So go and do something that will make you feel better.

When you go through a difficult experience, allow yourself some time to heal, then make the decision to start enjoying your life now. Dwelling on bad times, will have a negative impact on you in the long term. Your past can be mentally left behind and you can take control of your life now and make the most of it.
